The Iowa Chamber of Commerce Executives is the professional, statewide organization for Chamber management people in Iowa. The membership of ICCE includes the men and women who manage Chambers of Commerce in more than 100 Iowa communities.

The mission of the Iowa Chamber of Commerce Executives is: "To gain an advantage by contributing to the professionalism and personal growth of those who manage local Chambers of Commerce."

The purpose of ICCE is to enhance the professional development and managerial skills of its members. ICCE has the further purpose to keep its membership appraised of statewide and national events and trends that affect the membership's ability to operate effectively within their individual communities. ICCE also maintains through several of its committees a liaison with other state agencies and business organizations, including the Iowa Department of Economic Development, The Iowa Association of Business and Industry, the American Chamber of Commerce Executives and the Mid-America Chamber Executives (MACE).

The organization is authorized to employ administrative services that attend to its day-to-day operations. Currently the Cedar Rapids Area Chamber of Commerce provides the service.

ICCE provides a number of additional membership services. It sponsors two conferences each year, one in February and September. The semi-annual programs are designed to sharpen management skills by introducing new concepts and by sharing experiences with other Chamber executives. ICCE distributes through email a monthly newsletter and publishes an annual membership directory.

ICCE is a voluntary organization. Its individual members benefit commensurate with their participation and involvement. Membership dues for ICCE are based upon the size of the Chamber. For additional information about ICCE, contact the Secretary/Treasurer, the ICCE coordinator at the Cedar Rapids Area Chamber of Commerce or any ICCE member.
